Frequently asked
- Can I change tiers later?
- Anytime. Upgrades unlock features immediately and Stripe prorates the cost. Downgrades keep your data, so upgrading again restores access. After a downgrade you can still read what you built, but you can't create new tier-only items, such as new audit rules.
- What happens after the 14-day Lighty MAX Preview?
- Your workspace drops to Free Forever. No card needed and nothing goes read-only. Lighty MAX features (deep diagnosis, resource levelling, no daily AI cap) go back to Free limits. Upgrade to Pro any time to keep them.
- Do you bill annually?
- Yes. Annual billing saves 20% on every tier. Monthly is the default; switch in the Stripe Customer Portal.
- How does seat counting work?
- A seat is an editor who logs in during the billing period. Read-only executive sponsors don't use a seat. Free Forever has 1 seat, Pro starts at 1 editor, Team needs at least 3, and Enterprise is for 50+ seats.
- What does the consultancy add-on do?
- Clients, per-discipline rate cards, per-client P&L and a read-only client portal. +A$15/seat/month on Pro or Team · bundled with Enterprise.
- Is my data secure?
- Every row is scoped to your organisation in the database, so one customer's data can't show up in another's. Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), with daily backups. We never train AI on your data. Enterprise contracts can add a custom uptime SLA, and SSO as contracted work. More at /security.
